MetaMask is not only a popular crypto wallet but also a go-to solution for anyone who wishes to participate in the DeFi sector of the crypto industry. The wallet recently announced that it is expanding its list of supported tokens, revealing that its newest supported coins is ORBS — an official cryptocurrency of the Orbs Network.

ORBS swapping arrives to MetaMasko

According to the announcement, users can now swap or stake ORBS directly from their MetaMask wallet. More than that, MetaMask will also aggregate data from a number of different sources, including popular decentralized exchanges (DEXes), in order to make sure that the users will always get the best price and lowest possible fees that the industry has to offer.

MetaMask also allows staking

As mentioned, the wallet will also allow users to stake ORBS tokens in its mobile app thanks to the fact that Tetra — ORBS’ official staking wallet — is now connected to MetaMask, as well.

The ability to stake ORBS will be available in Android and iOS apps alike, but also on PC, for those who prefer trading on their desktops and laptops.

The staking process is also extremely simple, and all that users need to do is go to the Tetra webpage from their MetaMask app, and stake their ORBS tokens. Orbs even has a tutorial on how to stake using Tetra from MetaMask, which it shared as part of the announcement.

In the end, MetaMask has now become a go-to place for holding, swapping, or staking ORBS, just like it already served for a number of other cryptocurrencies and DeFi tokens.
